- Tabatha Soltay Added 2017-10-06★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This outfitter rented us a boat for a whitewater canoe camping trip with a hole in it. The boat started to fill with water as soon as we got into it - miles from anyone or anything with no cell reception. The hole was under an airbag so it was impossible to see. Luckily we had a patch kit and duct-tape and were able to fix it. The outfitter didn't seem to care about the problem when we returned the boat.
If you rent boats from here double check EVERYTHING before they drop you off (outfitting, air bags, holes).
Really dangerous situation. We were prepared, others might not be and a hole in a canoe can put people's lives in danger.
